What you see is what you get! We ordered an Iphone 16 Pro Max at the cheapest rate we could find at the time and within 3 days the device was delivered.
After paying up my account, MTN refused to give me a paid up letter citing that those are only reserved for customers who were handed over. Fast forward a month later, I owe the company an amount close to R400. Yet my account was R0 before it was ported to prepaid.
I am so disappointed in Homechoice. Month end November 2024 I paid up my account and asked for a paid up letter same day. To date, I am still waiting. The problem however is that the account is incurring interest and just over the space of four weeks, I owe the company R390. What a shame.
