From panic to pure relief – Great service!
I’ll admit, I was incredibly nervous after placing a high-value order this Cyber Monday. After parting with a lot of money, I panicked when I couldn't get through on the phone initially. However, just 30 minutes later, a lovely young lady returned my call. She was so patient, put my mind at ease about the store's legitimacy, and explained that they were just very busy with Black Friday volumes. My phone arrived by Saturday! I did my research beforehand, and I’m so glad I trusted the reviews. Authentic, professional, and fast.

Don't shop at Mr Shopper or use Pelican Express
I placed an order with Mr Shopper on the 24th November and the ETA for delivery was the 3rd December. I got a call from them saying that package was collected and the courier company will all. Pelican express sent me an email saying the package was collected on the 4th December and that delivery would happen by the Saturday 12 December. I have tried contacting both the courier company and Mr Shopper and i have had no response. Both the companies o not answer phone calls or emails.
