I had a great purchase experience with Snapcraze. I bought the Samsung Z Flip 6 at a very good price. Unfortunately it stopped working after 4 months, the screen froze. When I informed them about this, they quickly arranged for it to be collected from me for assessment, and they sent a replaced it. Then the replacement developed the same issue, the Flip 6 clearly has a problem, Once again I got quick and efficient service from Kerry, who helped with collection of the defect phone and upgrading to the Flip 7, fortunately coinciding the Cyber Monday sale. Very happy with my purchase.
I used to UNISA's biggest fan when I started in 2011, but since last year things at this institution have taken a disgusting downturn , speaking specifically to their inability to give timely and adequate feedback. In 2012 I applied for exemption from a module EUP1501 - end user computing, a first year module. I had received no feedback by the I had to register for a module for which the exempt module was a prerequisite. I was allowed to register for and complete subsequent mmodules and this gave me the impression that my application had been accepted and exemption granted. Fast forward to this year, having written my last exam for 3rd year, was eagerly awaiting graduation information. so I went to the Florida campus (since they don't answer their phones and emails) to enquire further, only to be told the 2012 application was NOT even processed because they needed syllabus information. I was shocked beyond belief! Why had they not informed of this 3 YEARS AGO when I initially applied. After sending a few emails to College of Economics and Management Sciences Exemptions department. I got a full response today on why the application (if processed back in 2012) would not have suceeded. I would have been fine with the rejection had I recieved it Timeously 3 YEARS AGO! Now I have to wait to register (and pay more money) for next semester and only graduate Next year :( Thanks for the misery
