Samsung S26 Ultra 512gb
I have bought yet another cell phone from Snap Craze. Their service is exceptional and prompt. I have a lot of trust in them. I've never been let down; they stand by their promise of trustworthy and quality products. I will encourage anyone to buy from them.

Mattress
We are staying in Amanzimtoti. We ordered a mattress online from Mattress Warehouse in Durban North. Around the 5th of April, it was delivered. We immediately felt that it would be too hard and decided to log a return. We did so telephonically within less than an hour. On the 9th of April, my husband went to the store to choose another mattress. They were to pick up the one that we couldn't use and provide us with the correct one. It's a month later, and the one that must be returned is in the way as I have no other space to store it but in my study. We are still waiting for them to bring our mattress and process the return. This is ridiculous. I phoned them just now requesting that they come pick up their mattress and refund me. I was told that they will call the supplier and get back to me. Apparently, it takes between 10 and 15 days, but we have been waiting for a month already. I am not happy at all !

Disgraceful service by DPD Laser
DPD Couriers **** TWICE – Disgrace\ful Service On 25 July, I got a message that my parcel was out for delivery. I stayed home all day. Later the app said “attempted delivery – That is a blatant lie. No one came. I have cameras – I checked. On 26 July, the driver called around 2 PM asking if he could deliver. I told him I wasn’t home but my neighbour across the road was waiting outside and could receive it. The driver never showed up. Then he said he won’t deliver today – maybe tomorrow or Monday. But again, the app was updated to say “delivered.” DPD, stop lying to your customers. This is pathetic service and outright dishonesty. I never have any issues with Buffalo

We buy cars DID NOT PAY US BACK. They owe us R5000 sins November 2022 Seems like the manager of the branch were Jacqui and Johannes is working are good with empty promises. The share price of we buy cars is going down....I'm not surprised! If you into shares go have a look ! That's what happen when you steal from others !

We buy cars are fraudsters. Phone me and I will gladly send all the proof that is needed to prevent anyone else to get scammed by them.
We buy cars think I'm stupid by phoning every second day asking if we received our money knowing damn well they did not pay us back. I've convinced 4 of my customers this week not to buy or attempt to buy from We buy cars. After showing them all the mails, voice notes and WhatsApp messages they were very disappointed and very glad that they've been warned in advance. I want the R5000 that they stole from us. As I write here my car is in for signage that will warn the public against we buy car ways, especially Jacqui and Johaannes de Preez at the JHB branch.. I will make all the correspondence between us and we buy cars available to the public. I will post a photo of my car once it's done.

Fraudulent behavior by We Buy cars !
I am now sick and tired of We buy cars fraudulent behavior. You owe us R5000 which you refuse to pay back. We were enquiring about a car at the JHB Branch, WE ARE STAYING IN KZN to which you said we must pay a holding dep. The holding dep was paid on 18 Nov VIA EFT. After we paid they increased the price which is why we did not commit to buy the car. We NEVER viewed the car and NO OFFER TO PURCHASE WAS SIGNED! We requested our R5000 back within 4 days after payment was made....this was well in accordance to your terms and conditions of 3 months.! I will not back off! I will go as far as to wrap my car with a huge warning against we buy cars ! The account number is 973508.

We buy cars ripped us off !
We buy cars don't care about negative reviews. They stole our money and do not make an effort to pay us back. I get the same response every time asking me how payment was made. They have a reference number, they can clearly see that we paid via EFT. We NEVER viewed the vehicle. The vehicle did not meet our expectations..We DID NOT make an offer to purchase any vehicle and no longer want to do business with we buy cars. We did inform the sales person to return my R5000 holding dep within 3 days after we paid which they never did. I will take this matter further, after speaking about our experience I learned that we are not the only people who got ripped off by them.

NEVER trust We Buy Cars.
We buy cars cant be trusted. We want our R5000 deposit returned to us. The sales people Jacqui and Johannes demanded the deposit before we could view the car on 18 November 2022 We NEVER viewed the car but they refuse to refund us. We have been asking sins the 30th of November 2022 which is within the 3 months period and in accordance with your terms and conditions. Please assist us in this matter. We are well within our rights Payment was made via EFT, we NEVER viewed the car You have NO right not to refund us.
