The public should be aware that when you buy a bed be sure that you know what you want and how long you want it to last for. 6 years ago I purchased a Simmons bed which comes with a long term warrantee and a short term guarantee. The salesman advised us that if any thing should go wrong with the bed it would be dealt with and when buying a comfortable bed which happened to be the top of the range with 50mm memory foam on top of the bed springs etc. this is the service one would expect. Obviously being an engineer, I was suspicious of this guarantee, as I did think that at the time the foam couldn't possibly last but was assured by the salesman that the Simmons warrantee would take care of all eventualities. Previously, I was using a Henwood bed which I still have, which is a pocket spring bed, was reasonably priced and I must say after 20 years this bed is still in good condition however, unfortunately I can't just change the mattress as this one is a queen size and the Simmons is a king size, which is more suitable for me and my wife as far as size goes. I should also mention that when first married, we bought a Sealy posturepedic bed which after 15 years had the springs fail and there was no questions asked, Sealy replaced the bed. My advice to you if you are going to buy a bed, do not buy the most comfortable bed if you don't intend on replacing it every 5 years but rather go for one of the brands that give good back up service and do not find excuses to try and uphold what should have been a good name and turned out to be the biggest disappointment I have had in a long time. In closing, Beds 2 Go reacted very quickly in reporting this to their supplier, however they are not entirely blameless as the salesman should make people aware of the pitfalls if you don't intend on replacing your bed every 5 years.

I bought a bed last year on the 12th of May from Bed 2 Go, brick field branch... Within 6 months, the spring at the front of the bed starting jetting out and the bed then started to become weak. I have sent numerous WhatsApp messages to their WhatsApp number because they requested proof of payment as well as pictures of the bed (which I still have proof of). I have tried calling and each time I call, they say they have sent thru my request and they are awaiting feedback from head office. In January I sent thru another WhatsApp regarding a follow up and all of a sudden that WhatsApp number does not work as my message is still showing 1 tick. I tried calling in on many occasions this year and I was told that someone will get into contact with me to come and assess my bed. Till today, no has come and I have not received any responses regarding my request... It's past 1 year now since my initial complaint to them and nothing has been sorted...

I bought a bed online, paid for it in November, to date I have not received it, sent an email to enquire about my delivery there was no response, I then called in some time in December and was advised that they had attempted delivery but they could not find my place and I should then make an arrangement to come and collect it in Cornubia, mind you I stay in Stanger and I do not have a vehicle to pick a bed up in hence I bought online! I advised the person I was speaking to about this and she said she would get back to as they do not have any deliveries scheduled for my area... How? When my my bed has not been delivered yet!.. I called in 2 days later to find what was going on (she did not get back to me) to my surprise apparently she noted down that I said I would be collecting... How when I don't have a Van?, the guy then says he will get back to me he needs to check something, I let them be during the holidays thinking when the year kicks off they would be on top of their game... I called this morning and I find out that a bed that I had paid for in November is now OUT OF STOCK! How guys??

Horrible service. My serta bed has given way not 2 years after the guarantee.i have lost my proof of purchase so now they say i have to buy a new bed because of this.most bed shops keep records of customers purchases. Beds 2 go is so backwards with technology that they get rid of ur receipts after purchasing from them.now i am advised to go buy a new bed only 2 yrs into the warranty. Horrible Horrible service BEDS 2 GO CORNUBIA

So I bought a bed in June last year, 3 time already the base of the bed has been changed. Mind you it's a orthoflex bed with pillow top. Worst decision buying this bed, most uncomfortable bed, the base is broken again and the mattress is sinking and I'm not big size. I bought this bed for neck and back reasons but making it worse. I have again reported this to them in February again and this is after they replaced the base in January this year.

Hi, we bought couches on the 25/04/2019. It weren’t even 8 months later and the couches started caving in. My husband and I went back to beds 2 go on quality street to complain about it. The guy said we need to send him our receipt and they will come and collect the couches end of February 2020 because that’s when the factory opens. My husband has been communicating with the store manager via WhatsApp , but for someone reason the messages are no longer going through. I tried calling the number atleast 15 times but no answer. I decided to go pass the store and found that it’s currently closed. We need someone to assist us before this matter gets out of control. I tried calling another number via google that says Beds 2 Go head office but still no answer. We paid a lot of money for these couches and we paid it cash! These couches shouldn’t be caving in like this after only 8 months. It’s ridiculous! It’s a pity I can’t do much as my husband works overseas. But if this matter is not sorted out before he comes home , we are taking this matter to a higher authority .

I would like to lay a complaint about Beds to Go in Durban (moore road) I purchased a Grafton Everest Nevada on the 09/12/2018 and in November 2019 the one of the sofas started sagging and then i realized that it was faulty and the springs were broken. I visited the store to report the matter and i was told that they will lodge a complaint for the sofa to be picked up at my house so that it can be fixed. This was 07/11/2019 Since then we have been to the store 4 times and they keep promising that they will pick up the sofa.My husband visited the store today 27/12/2019 the manager promised us the sofa will be collected by the end of today, Still the sofa has not been collected. Im very disgusted with the service I have received form this shop after paying so much money for such a reputable brand Grafton Everest. The after sales service from beds to go is absolutely disappointing! You people don't care about your customers! I need my sofa to be fixed or Beds to Go must take this rubbish sofa’s and pay my money back!! Miss PD Dlamini 0832123863
