Beds to go must go due to bad service back up

Horrible service. My serta bed has given way not 2 years after the guarantee.i have lost my proof of purchase so now they say i have to buy a new bed because of this.most bed shops keep records of customers purchases. Beds 2 go is so backwards with technology that they get rid of ur receipts after purchasing from them.now i am advised to go buy a new bed only 2 yrs into the warranty.
