Worst purchase I've ever made was buy this bed

So I bought a bed in June last year, 3 time already the base of the bed has been changed. Mind you it's a orthoflex bed with pillow top. Worst decision buying this bed, most uncomfortable bed, the base is broken again and the mattress is sinking and I'm not big size. I bought this bed for neck and back reasons but making it worse. I have again reported this to them in February again and this is after they replaced the base in January this year.
