The worst customer service ever. We got there on Sunday to return our gas heater as it was faulty. The staff told us that it was out of stock. Understanding we asked if they can let us know once its in stock as they confirmed that at all their other branches we wont be able to find that gas heater. On Monday we called asking if the stock has arrived. Nothing. On Tuesday WE call again. Nothing. WE call again on Wednesday the person we spoke to took down our details again for some reason and advised that she will definitely let us know. Fine Thursday today we dont call we wait up until 1 oclock we called they told us the stock has arrived and that we must come fetch it. Fine we went there only to find that there is no stock. Yhe lady we spoke with says that she is not responsible for letting us know if there is stock or not. We said to her yes that is understandable hence We called everyday to fimd out up until You told us to relax. Today we went there nobody was assisting instead they took our details for the 3rd time... Still no heater nothing. We were dealing with builders for the first time with this heater I have to say that mistake won't happen again. Worst customer service worst communication. We dont want to be driving all over looking for this heater due to covid 19. Lets just say we are disappointed.
