Beads very expensive. Linzi (who I believe runs the business by herself) does not send ammended invoices, forces you to make immediate bank transfers. Phone answered by Zimbabweans (who have nothing to do with her business). Product is way less than advertised. Super expensive. Save yourself. Go to your local beads shop.

I have bought a bed from Living Beds Solution. They delivered the wrong bed after about 2 months of waiting for it to be delivered. I have called and emailed them to date there is no response. In the email, I said they have to exchange it or give me my money back. I have paid a lot of money for what I did not buy and there is one conclusion they are crooks because if I have put something on layby, there is a code that informs the seller what needs to be delivered. SHOULD I STILL TELL WHAT TO DELIVER?? I HAVE BEEN DOING PAYMENTS ASSIGNED TO A PARTICULAR CODE, THAT HAS BEEN CLEAR BUT NOW THAT DELIVERY HAS TO BE MADE THERE IS AMNESIA. This company should not be trusted. I am not sure if it is only me or they generally treat their customers this bad..My message to the public is DO NOT BUY FROM LIVING BED SOLUTIONS..

The worst customer service ever. We got there on Sunday to return our gas heater as it was faulty. The staff told us that it was out of stock. Understanding we asked if they can let us know once its in stock as they confirmed that at all their other branches we wont be able to find that gas heater. On Monday we called asking if the stock has arrived. Nothing. On Tuesday WE call again. Nothing. WE call again on Wednesday the person we spoke to took down our details again for some reason and advised that she will definitely let us know. Fine Thursday today we dont call we wait up until 1 oclock we called they told us the stock has arrived and that we must come fetch it. Fine we went there only to find that there is no stock. Yhe lady we spoke with says that she is not responsible for letting us know if there is stock or not. We said to her yes that is understandable hence We called everyday to fimd out up until You told us to relax. Today we went there nobody was assisting instead they took our details for the 3rd time... Still no heater nothing. We were dealing with builders for the first time with this heater I have to say that mistake won't happen again. Worst customer service worst communication. We dont want to be driving all over looking for this heater due to covid 19. Lets just say we are disappointed.

Hi. My parents mattress is about 4 years old. It have a dent on the one side. It have a warranty of 10 years. I have phoned and emailed head office regarding this because the shop closed in Polokwane. Now we have to pay R5620 for the mattress to be replaced. How does this work if it have a warranty?

<p>Purchased a 3/4 bed for my daughter from Beds for Africa Springfield Park . The bed has a sharp spring/wire coming out of it. Need to get the mattress replaced.... but it's impossible to get hold of Beds for Africa. Tried almost every number on their website. The phones either ring and go dead or it sounds like the phone has been taken off the hook. Tried even emailing... no response. I went to the branch I bought it from Springfield and they appear to be closed. Windows are covered with paper . Anyone know what's going on ??? So frustrated </p>
