Discovery Insure . Great service received during lockdown . So impressed
Had a great experience dealing with Discovery Insure today . Had a plumbing issue at home . I had to turn our water off . This was very stressful ... especially during this lock down period . You don't know if you can get assistance . My call to Discovery Insure was promptly by Kelebogile Diale (Lebo) . She was very professional ,friendly and helpful . Within 30 minutes of putting the phone down there was someone at my gate . I wish I made note of the company name . They were super friendly and sorted out the issue . As they left I got a call from Discovery Insure to check if everything was okay . It was unusual to receive such great service ... especially during lockdown . These days the service you get from companies is terrible . Discovery Insure was brilliant . Big thumbs up .

Unable to get in contact with Beds For Africa
<p>Purchased a 3/4 bed for my daughter from Beds for Africa Springfield Park . The bed has a sharp spring/wire coming out of it. Need to get the mattress replaced.... but it's impossible to get hold of Beds for Africa. Tried almost every number on their website. The phones either ring and go dead or it sounds like the phone has been taken off the hook. Tried even emailing... no response. I went to the branch I bought it from Springfield and they appear to be closed. Windows are covered with paper . Anyone know what's going on ??? So frustrated </p>
