Bad service
I order on the 17 April 2022. It is the 10 May and I am still waiting for my parcel. Every time I call in they will mail the couriers, but up until date no one got back to me with when can i expect my parcel. They say it takes 14 days for delivery. But here i am still waiting. And when you phone them they have an attitude.

<p>We bought a bed (Slumberpedic Serene Memory Sense in December, In January the bed's top side wrinkle a lot, I ask the rep if he could make a plan, he said he is just waiting for new stack then he will come and collect my bed and bring me a new one. In February I sms him and said there is something wrong with the springs of the bed, and the bed’s got wholes in now, He came eventually in March to collect the bed, he brought the bed back, but they fixed nothing on my bed, Now the bed squeak, phone head office but no help.!!!!!!! THE SERVICE IS PETHETICK AND THE MAKE OF THE BED IS WORS.YOU PAY SO MUCH MONEY THAT NOT EVEN LAST FOR A MONTH !!!! WE ALL NEED TO TAKE THIS TO CONSUMERACT!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
