Bet.co.za very bad

I recently joined Bet.co.za after losing a few times I finally managed to win and did a withdrawal and whenever I contact their customer care they will tell me a different story of which it seems like they want me to cancel the withdrawal and play again of which I might end up losing all my winnings. I mean it takes few seconds for deposit but days for withdrawal, so I won't recommend it to anyone they bad
