So FNB has put my account on a negative balance I now owe them -R1113 when I call them they tell me about transactions I did when I didn't have mine.I mean I'm not even on overdraft or anything,they just want to rip me off.As I go back to Capitec mxm
So I always buy at KFC Mabopane rather than KFC Mabopane Square but whenever I go there they will tell me to wait at the Parking Lot so that my order can be brought to the car,The cashiers are always rude,maybe it's because we from ekasi not Pta East. Maybe you guys should actually close your drive through because this is just nonsense.

Rain network provider is just useles;We now sitting in 7days without network and their call centre agents don't even have a clue how to help.whatever you do don't take out their contract mxm

I placed my order on the Nandos call center for collection at around 17H20 to be collected at Nandos Petroport N1 as I was leaving Soweto for Hammanskraal;When I got to Petroport N1 Nandos I was told by the rude lady who was the manager on site that there's nothing they could do as my order didn't pop up on their screen;it's actually the Head office's fault.I mean I ordered my food 2 hours I could go and collect;So imagine the disappointment on my face
So i resigned and my withdrawal forms were sent to NMG for processing to Emma Raferty.I contacted her and said to me that i must contact my previous employer and ask them to send her the forms;of which they did.I send her an email asking if she has started with the process only for her to tell me that she hasn't received my forms.I then contacted my previous employer and was told that the forms were sent again for the 2nd time and that they will send them again and cc me,of which they did. I hope employers that are putting members contribution with NMG will pull out.This is not fair because it is our own money and we must run after them to do their job. I had two Provident funds the other one with Momentum which was also send on the same day for processing and the money is already in my account.So what's stopping NMG from.doing the same?
