Bet.co.za is giving me problems with withdrawal. I've never got my withdrawal till today since Friday. They said it will take 24 hours. But now 25hrs has lapsed

I started using bet.co.za But it's so bad.. they run promotions and they don't honor it. Played thousands of rands on soccer bets every week. And they promotion on the footy bonus .. I never received.. when I query they came up with some bull **** story Very disappointed 😞 Also they said playing on bet.co.za will earn me loyalty points with Tsogo Sun.. but my points did not change at all.. this online sports betting platform is bad.. rather try another platform.. don't be fooled.

I originally processed a withdrawal on Wednesday last week. No news until I asked on Friday, then informed to submit FICA - honestly I wasn't sure if it was done previously or not as I play on a lot of website but when I clicked on "account verification" it did show "verified." Anyway I immediately submitted it and once they confirmed FICA was done I played a bit more and withdrew that evening. Today is Wednesday and this withdrawal is still pending. I have spoken to no less than 10 online support people who keeps telling me it will be escalated. Your terms show 24-48hrs which have passed - your FAQ's page shows that withdrawals get processed Monday-Saturday but support staff says Monday to Friday so that is a whole other issue as this influences the timeline but even if it is only Monday to Friday your maximum time has lapsed. How insane is it that your competitors all process and pay out in under 4hours and you takes 3 working days (if I'm lucky). If this isn't processed by 12:00, I will be reporting you to the Gambling and Racing board. I have been very patient but this is not ok.

I deposit money onto there account on Sunday n placed a bet on Sunday morning n they declined the bet ,and suspended that option on they're platform. Fine am disappointed n everything OK, so I try to withdraw my money back ,THEY'RE REFUSING To GIVE IT BACK

This is the worst gambling place in South Africa. I'm literally begging them for my withdrawal. It just stays in pending for days. They are very fast taking your deposit but when you want to withdraw they will make you wait until you eventually give up and pay again and loose everything.

I have repeatedly opted out of receiving marketing SMS messages, yet I continue to receive them. I have contacted your support team more than twice, and I have sent “STOP” to opt out over 20 times, but nothing has been resolved. This is extremely frustrating and feels like my requests are being ignored. Please sort this out urgently and ensure that my number is fully removed from all marketing lists. I expect proper confirmation and for this issue to be addressed immediately.
