The most pathetic company ever! You call in, you wait for over 30 minutes to be attended to. You use their WhatsApp number, they reply over more than 48 hours. Terrible terrible company with terrible service. It has been more than 2 months since I submitted my claim but all I get is no communication whatsoever. The last time I engaged with an agent. She said it was at tax stage and that I should follow up the next week. I followed up using their WhatsApp number and still have not received any feedback. Very disappointed with this company and its services. Nxa.

Hi, I called in today with some questions i had. The service i received from Thabisile Vilakazi was out of this world, every question answered accordingly and by the end of the call I was happy. Worst company when it comes to communication. They are unreachable. The line rings for 30min without any answers. Been trying to contact them enquiring about my 2 pot withdrawal which was paid but not yet in my account after 4 days when the sms said I should expect it to reflect in 24-48hrs.

Good Morning NMG has our benefits and it scares me how much they do not respond to emails and when you directly call, you are kept on hold for an hour. When you chat with their chat box they advice you to call NMG directly if your case is not solved only to wait for over an hour without help. I am very disappointed with NMG.

We lodged a claim with NMG Benefits last year and, unfortunately, the process has been extremely frustrating. Despite submitting the required documentation and following up multiple times, there has been little to no feedback regarding the progress of the claim. I would appreciate it if NMG Benefits could urgently look into this matter and provide clarity on the progress and expected timeframe for finalising the claim.

Im so disappointed with NMG Benefits they ****med me all my Benefits after leaving employment at lsc (pple) I went to do a funding claim they kept on going delaying me till I ended up pushing them to do a payout they processed R304 instead of R4813.68 since they ****med me no one is responding my emails my calls im like a fool now so guy be aware these people are ****s

I would like to thank Natasha hugget henchie,for all the assistance and going beyond her role to assist me with my 2 pot payout process her feedback was best,although I was naggesh at times with 100 different queries she never lose her temper or give any negative feedback all was positive and helpful she goes beyond to assist and make this process easy,she is really a benefit to the NMG Benefit team thank you so much Natasha
