NO STATEMENT OF PAYMENT
All l want from NMG is a statement for payment. How is it possible that l've been paid on the 16th of April but a statement of payment has not been emailed to me1 reply

RETIREMENT POT NO ACTION
I've sent emails to access my retirement pot, you only receive an automated email from NMG. They claim that customer service is important to them but they actions suggest otherwise.3 replies

Unable to use credit for data and airtime purchases
I have R70 in credit in my account. But Takealot doesn't allow me to use it for airtime or data. Not sure when this crazy rule was implemented, l was able to use my credit in the past for airtime and data purchases. This is not fair0 replies
