All l want from NMG is a statement for payment. How is it possible that l've been paid on the 16th of April but a statement of payment has not been emailed to me
No feedback and it's been 6weeks already. Phumzile seems to have ignored all the emails I've sent her. Paulinah is just as unhelpful as Phumzile.
I've sent emails to access my retirement pot, you only receive an automated email from NMG. They claim that customer service is important to them but they actions suggest otherwise.
I have R70 in credit in my account. But Takealot doesn't allow me to use it for airtime or data. Not sure when this crazy rule was implemented, l was able to use my credit in the past for airtime and data purchases. This is not fair

I ordered on Uber eats and paid for the food. I don't know why Uber eats chose a store in Boksburg, while I'm in Bedfordview. I tried asking them to cancel the order and refund my payment but they don't want to.

On the 23rd of July did a health check at my local clicks. My Wellth fund is still locked. Called the call center on the 25th of July to find out why it's taking this long. It's been 2weeks, no feedback or any response
Unable to use credit to buy airtime. Not sure why or when Takealot decided that credit avaliable on my account was no longer eligible to use to purchase airtime. This is highly unacceptable
