The people/agents working here are a waste of time. Have been waiting for communication of my disinvestment 6 weeks ago and it is always we are busy with it but they cannot tell me at what stage.

We confirm that the claim forms were received on 05/03/2025. Our standard turnaround time for processing and paying out a claim is approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the date we receive both the completed claim form and the final month's contribution.

To finalise the claim, the following steps are undertaken:
- Calculation and verification of the benefit values.
- Disinvestment of the funds from the market and transfer into the Fund’s bank account.
- Electronic tax application submitted to SARS, followed by a wait for a positive tax directive.
- Final verification of the benefit by our managers, after which the payment is released.
