I am so frustrated . I have insurance with Absa and i asked for a call back. When i was called back today at 17:27. I explained my issue to the consultant and she kept on reffering to me as mummy. Then when i refused that she refer to me that way she hung up the call. Never assisting me
They are handling my urgent parcel iv been checking all day. But they ****med me because they are saying delivery failed without even contacting me
I had *****ulent deductions on my account in October. I was told it will take 90 days to resolve I was told it was resolved I would be paid my money but to date I have not recieved it back. I have called many times I'm just told wait for 90 days
The rudeness we exiprienced from kgomotso. How she was javing a smug and laughed in our faces for requesting a solution. All they did is call other employees then they spoke over us . Frustrating. Not only was the order late but was made to feel small fr requiring a solution. Her name is Kgomotso
