I have made a full payment towards my Fasta account on the 10 March 2026 for the amount of R 1,127.63 as per settlement letter I pulled from your system. I even emailed the proof of payment & the settlement letter on the 10 March 2026 to collections@fasta.co.za. I then received an email in return from collections@fasta.co.za, the person's name was Christina Dabulamanzi stating the following: "Hi Marius, Thank you for your email. I have received your POP the payment will be allocated to your account." Till to date I am being pestered with phone calls that I need to pay my account, even if it is paid in full and when you look on your system it stills shows outstanding. Till to date I did not receive any letter stating that my account has been paid in full nor has my credit profile been updated. I think this is utterly poor from FASTA that they do not update your profile once a full payment was made towards the account and after all being harassed to pay your account. Update my account at once and remove my name from all the credit beraus and send me proof there off. Or I will take further steps as I see this as *****. Enough is now Enough.

Do not trust this company, they are ****mers, they have an employee named Adrian Wood that tries to **** customers. After settling my loan and asking for my profile to be deleted as I don't trust this company, he refused and said it cannot be done and explained legal charges which was a whole bunch of ****, when I said that I worked in a financial services environment and understood the process then suddenly he responds that my request can be done and has been submitted to the relevant department. They want to trap customers and add additional costs after you settle the agreement, stay away from these people, look for other loan providers with better reviews online. This guy Adrian Wood is a ****mer and cannot be trusted, please guys, stay far away from Fasta

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. POOR MANAGEMENT, NO ONE TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE MANNER IN WHICH THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS AND EVEN WHEN YOU TRY AND COMMUNICATE TO THEM, THEY STILL HAND OVER YOUR ACCOUNT THUS LEAVING A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY I DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE WORDS TO EXPLAIN MY LEVEL OF DISSATISFACTION BUT I HOPE THIS GETS TAKEN SERIOUSLY AS YOU GUYS CANNOT BE OPERATING LIKE THIS WHEN PEOPLE ARE COMING TO YOU FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND INSTEAD LEAVE WITH BAD CREDIT RATINGS.

They hired Nimble and fired them, then hire an ***********, arrogant SSDA for debt collection. These SSDA harassed me for three months while I was unemployed. Now that I am employed and have reached out to make payment arrangements, they have completely ignored me. This raises serious concerns about their professionalism and competence. It appears either they are unable to manage accounts properly or are intentionally delaying communication to increase fees. In either case, I do not believe companies should entrust them with debt collection. By contrast, Nimble handled my account professionally, and I successfully settled my debt with them. I reached to FASTA and they told me that they couldnt care less
