Beetroot stealing your money and furniture

Paid a R5000. deposit three weeks ago, truck fetched our double seater couch for refurbishment and only now we find out people are scammed out of their money and goods for months. How can you professionally answer emails over weekends giving quotes and procedures knowing that your door are closed. I have the truck on camera collecting the furniture and will be forced to report theft against directors of the company.
