Damaged/Incorrect Goods and Poor Support

When ordering, did not receive any tracking info. Upon receipt, I received a damaged co-sleeper with incorrect parts (not as advertised) and communicated this to the support team.

Quick response to send them proof - once proof was sent, silence.

Do not buy from this company - it is cheap Chinese goods with poor support should you have an issue.
