BEST SERVICE RECEIVED FROM BELECOO SOUTH AFRICA
Bought a Belecoo pram and after going back and forth with Makro not giving me any assistance. I got a call from Shahin Loonat from Belecoo who was not only polite but understood my problem of getting a Pram from Makro who was Incomplete and Defective and a health risk to my baby. He immediately with no hesitation told me he will assist me. I went to his office Saturday 26th July 2025 and received such good service from him. He replace my Pram within no time. Damaged/Incorrect Goods and Poor Support
When ordering, did not receive any tracking info. Upon receipt, I received a damaged co-sleeper with incorrect parts (not as advertised) and communicated this to the support team. Quick response to send them proof - once proof was sent, silence. Do not buy from this company - it is cheap Chinese goods with poor support should you have an issue.

Belecoo is Best!
Bought a Belecoo pram because of the price. Was a bit worried that the quality would not be as good but absolutely love the pram. The functionality and durability is amazing and the pram looks good too. Various colours and options. I got the 530W 3 in 1 travel system which is perfect for my newborn as it offers the option of the car seat and bassinet and converts to a stroller as baby gets older. Packaging was also good, pram was well protected during delivery.
