Bought a Belecoo pram and after going back and forth with Makro not giving me any assistance. I got a call from Shahin Loonat from Belecoo who was not only polite but understood my problem of getting a Pram from Makro who was Incomplete and Defective and a health risk to my baby. He immediately with no hesitation told me he will assist me. I went to his office Saturday 26th July 2025 and received such good service from him. He replace my Pram within no time. AFTER BUYING A PRAM FROM MAKRO ONLINE THAT WAS RECEIVED IMCOMPLETE CLAMP NOT ON WHEEL I AM TOLD THE BELOW I AM LIVID AAND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN POOR SERVICE THERE EMPLOYEES DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE PRAM IS JUST OVER 6 MONTHS OLD AND NOW I WASTED R3600 ON SOMETHING I CAN NOT EVEN USE. THIS IS A HEALTH RISK TO MY BABY WE CAN NOT EVEN USE THE PRAM!!!
