Bought a Belecoo pram and after going back and forth with Makro not giving me any assistance. I got a call from Shahin Loonat from Belecoo who was not only polite but understood my problem of getting a Pram from Makro who was Incomplete and Defective and a health risk to my baby.

He immediately with no hesitation told me he will assist me. I went to his office Saturday 26th July 2025 and received such good service from him.

He replace my Pram within no time.
