Yudu Custom Rugs - poor customer service

I ordered a rug from them - through what seems to be their subsidiary, Yudu Custom Rugs. Excellent product! Just wish I could say the same for their customer service. It was very lacking - product was delivered late, no tracking number or confirmation emails when I placed the order and little to no communication overall (even after following up more then once).
