Worst customer service I have ever received. It's the first time that I have heard and saw someone send you a bill for messaging them outside working hours. Bella Andrea contacted me about a product that I wanted. She was very nice and rep**** to all of my messages until I paid for the product and for shipping. Thereafter she ignored me for 5 days until I got really stressed as my wedding date got closer. I never phoned her outside of her stated working hours as her terms state: "Good day. Thank you for contacting Bella Andrea. We will get back to you as soon possible during business hours. Hours are: Mon: 9h00-10h00(For return of rental garments only). Factory,Salon closed Tue-Fri: 9h00-17h00 Sat: 9h00-13h00 Salon, Shop. Factory closed. Public holidays: Closed Charges may occur for call outside business hours."... Firstly, "MAY" and secondly, "CALL".
I tried phoning her and believed she was deliberately ignoring me. Thereafter my fiancè tried calling her and she answered immediately, until she heard who he is and ended the call while he was still speaking. He tried phoning again and she ignored him too. He phoned from a different number, and again, she answered immediately. She was furious that we got ahold of her and started treating me badly, after which she sent me a bill for me and my fiancé PHONING her during her office hours. When I refused to pay and referred to her terms, she turned it and said that it was for the messages I sent previously. The conversation ended with her holding me accountable for the whatsapp conversations we had. I had enough stress to deal with and told her to keep the product and the money. At the end, this was a bad business experience that I want to prevent others from experiencing.
