Worst customer service I have ever received. It's the first time that I have heard and saw someone send you a bill for messaging them outside working hours. Bella Andrea contacted me about a product that I wanted. She was very nice and rep**** to all of my messages until I paid for the product and for shipping. Thereafter she ignored me for 5 days until I got really stressed as my wedding date got closer. I never phoned her outside of her stated working hours as her terms state: "Good day. Thank you for contacting Bella Andrea. We will get back to you as soon possible during business hours. Hours are: Mon: 9h00-10h00(For return of rental garments only). Factory,Salon closed Tue-Fri: 9h00-17h00 Sat: 9h00-13h00 Salon, Shop. Factory closed. Public holidays: Closed Charges may occur for call outside business hours."... Firstly, "MAY" and secondly, "CALL". I tried phoning her and believed she was deliberately ignoring me. Thereafter my fiancè tried calling her and she answered immediately, until she heard who he is and ended the call while he was still speaking. He tried phoning again and she ignored him too. He phoned from a different number, and again, she answered immediately. She was furious that we got ahold of her and started treating me badly, after which she sent me a bill for me and my fiancé PHONING her during her office hours. When I refused to pay and referred to her terms, she turned it and said that it was for the messages I sent previously. The conversation ended with her holding me accountable for the whatsapp conversations we had. I had enough stress to deal with and told her to keep the product and the money. At the end, this was a bad business experience that I want to prevent others from experiencing.

Received the worst possible service from Bella Andrea. Ordered PJ sets with printing on. upon arrival the printing had peeled off. The sizes were way off. Think the small would honestly fit an infant. The quality of work I would not even offer my worst enemy. When confronting her she said she will not refund as it was perfect when it left her. Not sure how you clarify this disaster as perfect. Her acclaimed size chart is not as standard as she claims. The collars were sewn on back to front. The sleeve inserts did not fit the size of the sleeve holes where it was sewn. It pulled skew, yet she refuses to refund. Going to take this matter further legally and my lawyer will action a case against her. Should any one else be experiencing similar service please come forward to stop this from happening to others. Her summons will be delivered this coming week. She does not have an active email address available anywhere. Bella Andrea advertises all over Facebook. Even created her own wedding page to advertise her goods. You get intouch and she promises you the world. You tell her what date your kitchen tea is and that you need the gowns and the sashes by that date. The week of she has all the excuses in the world and tells you that you never gave a date. She promises that you'll receive it the Monday after. When they arrive the gowns are there but the sashes are no where to be found. Then it's another week of arguing. Don't try and get a refund for her because she'll refer to T&C's that she never sent you. The quality is shabby to say the least. The embroidery is also bad. I would stay so far away from this company. Rather save your money

I ordered satin gowns for my daughter's wedding in Feb 2021, paid 25 Feb 21. I enquired in April was told will let you know when we send it. When ordering was told 30 working days for delivery. Enquired again same answer and that I must remember that the wedding is only in Sept. When I required again on a face book post was told that I should be glad no action was taken against me. It's now June and still no items received. What bad service will not recommend them to any 1.

I am so disappointed. I made an order in February and I was told 7days from receiving payment I have been given many different stories and got charged extra for her changing her mind...i only received my 17th September when I was told my new delivery date was the 15th September....my order was complete wrong and when I asked what was going to be done she insisted she was not going to do anything...i also have been called bridezilla on more than onc occasion....and was threatened when I made her public for what she has done....i will be taking this further is any person would like to join me on this you are more than welcome

I am so disappointed. I made an order in February and I was told 7days from receiving payment I have been given many different stories and got charged extra for her changing her mind...i only received my 17th September when I was told my new delivery date was the 15th September....my order was complete wrong and when I asked what was going to be done she insisted she was not going to do anything...i also have been called bridezilla on more than onc occasion....and was threatened when I made her public for what she has done....i will be taking this further is any person would like to join me on this you are more than welcome

My daughter order wedding gowns for her special day next year May 2021, she paid the full amount of R600.00 to Bella Andrea. Unfortunately things worked not out for her and her Fiancé left her, she were so heartbroken she called and cancelled the gowns, but in two hours she called her back and pulled back the cancellation and told her that she still would like the gowns. Well ever since she is ignoring emails and calls and told my daughter she cannot get the gowns or the refund, which we told her we want the gowns and not the refund. People just don't care about service anymore once they have your money. Hope everybody reads this and share it on social media.
