My Wedding would have been in May 2021. In June this year 2020 I ordered 4 plain satin robes for my bride maids, I also paid them in full June the same month I have ordered them. August the 5th I got some bad news my fiancé left me and I called to cancel the robes, but in 2 hours I called back and told the lady I do not want to cancel I will rather still go on with the order and still give them to my bridesmaid, because it is paid for in full already and they do not do refunds at all. She got difficult and told me I already cancelled and cannot go on with the order. If hey have not started with the robes I cannot see why it were or is an issue to finish what I have paid for, ever since I have been struggling for them to finish the order and taking any calls or answering emails or what sups. If this is how they do business they should rather not do business, because this is a brides special day, for them to only taking your money without giving you your products paying for is not good business at all. Hope every one reading this will share it on social media, for everybody to she what kind of business this is.
