If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst experience ever! I ordered a Bridal Gown for my friend who is getting married, and it was a total ****. They took my money, but never delivered the gowns. I am very upset and disappointed! Don't trust these people. They also use the Facebook page Bella Andrea SA. Be careful!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst experience ever! I ordered a Bridal Gown for my friend who is getting married, and it was a total ****. They took my money, but never delivered the gowns. On the 3 June 2022 I've placed an order with this business "Bella Andrea Bridal & Events" - 10 kiddies gowns + embroidery. I've made a full payment of R1300 + R100 delivery fee on the 3 June 2022 as the business owner said that there is no collections. Before placing this order I also asked if my order will be ready before the 25th June 2022. She claimed that it would definitely be ready within 14Days. I trusted her word! She confirmed that she recieved my payment and ever since, as a business owner she hasn't communicated with me at all, with regards to my order. I've requested art work of the embroidery, it hasn't been sent. Everytime I would whatsapp message her to follow up on my order, she doesn't even greet.She is rude and unprofessional in all her ways. I've tried calling her aswell but she wouldn't answer any of my calls. She claimed that my order is scheduled for courier guy (PUDO) pickup 23 June 2022 and said that I'll have my order by 24 June 2022. I than requested for my waybill number from her to track my order. She couldn't provide that too!.Friday 24 June I was notified that due to loadshedding my order is not ready and she promised that it will be delivered the following week ( 27 June - 02 July). I did a follow up the past two days, and again my order is not ready. I asked the lady if she could courier my order as is without embroidery, she refuses! And says I must be patient so... I've sent her the following message this morning as it is the end of another week and I still haven't recieved my order. Her response hereto is threatening me with legal action against me, WHAT FOR? Reviews are in place for business owners to better your services. In this cased based on her legal actions warning. All business are to take customers with bad reviews to court. How do you run a business, give customers bad service, unacceptable! and then expect them to be patient and wait! Who does that?How long should I still be patient and wait? I would hereby like to express my utter disappointment and dissatisfaction with your company👎🏼 Your level of unprofessionalism, inconsistency and very poor service has been the worst that I have ever experienced in my entire life and trust me when I say I have experienced bad service, but never this bad or service that has pushed my blood pressure up, as much as this company has🤞🏻😡 I ordered from you in attempt to give you the opportunity to redeem yourselfs and I must say it's the worst. I will definitely not leave this as is. I don’t usually name and shame, but I had enough of your company’s bad service and believe that people should know what some customers experience and that is why I will make my complaint Public🤞🏻 What happend to making a customer happy? Instead of taking responsibility, there are tons of excuses and empty promises..all lies!! I honestly feel that I have given you ample time for my order and to actually prove me wrong and to redeem yourself. Your service remains pathetic!🤮 Your unprofessionalism is actually making Me look unprofessional- when doing business!! And I am a firm believer of supporting businesses,but definitely not businesses like this im sorry👎🏼 and yes I am definitely a sucker for punishment, because I actually trusted that you will deliver service. You still have a lot to learn about business and customer satisfaction *Bella Andrea*

I am so disappointed. I made an order in February and I was told 7days from receiving payment I have been given many different stories and got charged extra for her changing her mind...i only received my 17th September when I was told my new delivery date was the 15th September....my order was complete wrong and when I asked what was going to be done she insisted she was not going to do anything...i also have been called bridezilla on more than onc occasion....and was threatened when I made her public for what she has done....

I am so disappointed. She got difficult and told me I already cancelled and cannot go on with the order. If hey have not started with the robes I cannot see why it were or is an issue to finish what I have paid for, ever since I have been struggling for them to finish the order and taking any calls or answering emails or what sups. If this is how they do business they should rather not do business, because this is a brides special day, for them to only taking your money without giving you your products paying for is not good business at all. Hope every one reading this will share it on social media, for everybody to she what kind of business this is.

My Wedding would have been in May 2021. In June this year 2020 I ordered 4 plain satin robes for my bride maids, I also paid them in full June the same month I have ordered them. August the 5th I got some bad news my fiancé left me and I called to cancel the robes, but in 2 hours I called back and told the lady I do not want to cancel I will rather still go on with the order and still give them to my bridesmaid, because it is paid for in full already and they do not do refunds at all. She got difficult and told me I already cancelled and cannot go on with the order. If hey have not started with the robes I cannot see why it were or is an issue to finish what I have paid for, ever since I have been struggling for them to finish the order and taking any calls or answering emails or what sups.
