Vodacom fiber. Yet again by Vodacom's mistake I need to suffer no connectivity. After Vodacom issues us with multiple contracts on the same address that is apparently not supposed to happen the cancellation all except 1. Vodacom then cancelled all router configurations and after I was promised that it will be resolved in 48 hours they yet again state that it might be solved Tuesday 96 hours later. This is really the weakest after-sale service that I have ever experienced from a service provider.
Good day I would like to share my pathetic Vodacom experience with you. In December I have app**** for two fiber lines on my small holdings. 50 and100Mb/s lines I have received one unit in the allowable 2 weeks time with a sim connect. After multiple communication and 45 days later I have finally got my fiber installed. However my special were changed and all of the sudden I had a business line. I managed to get the 50Mbps functional on a sim card but with very bad connectivity. I am still battling to get the fiber installation done with communication that I am not allowed to have to installations on the same address. However I am paying for a service that I am not receiving on a month to month basis.
The order is late and it’s for a wedding And yesterday she delivered my package to a different address so I could find my package When i try to phone her she doesn’t answer
