Tremendously unprofessional

Clients eating out were forced to pay R45 more to match the 10% tip of +-R1500 bill. The owner/ manager brought out a calculator to show the client how to work out the tip. Once the client said he was not obliged to pay the full 10% as the waiters service wasn't wonders the manager/owner started arguing, asking for he client Again whether anything was wrong with the service. The client then again said that the service wasn't wonders and that he wasn't obliged to pay the full 10%.

The client was confronted in front of other clients as well as his family.

I would not recommend anyone dining at the restaurant unless you are willing to be confronted.

We mmediately paid our bill and left.
