I placed an order and paid the deposit for outdoor to be delivered before Christmas. I incurred additional expenditure for cushions required for my outdoor couches, which I still do not have. Bella La Legna is very unprofessional, they do not communicate with you and I am unable to contact them. I have sent them countless emails but get no response. Can't call them either nor send a text. They have blocked comments on their Facebook page as well. I am having guests over again for New Year but I am assuming once again, I will have no outdoor seating. All I need is a response, but nothing.. Unless these people address their customer service, I will not recommend that anyone even consider doing business with them.
