This company is totally dishonest. I ordered a bed from them in November, on the condition that it is guaranteed it will be delivered in Dec. They promised and I made payment in full. Since then, I have been ignored, then sent messages that they promise to deliver and then NO ONE pitches. They were meant to deliver on Friday, at 5pm even confirmed with me that they were on their way, only to to NEVER arrive. This has been the feedback Iv gotten from countless other people who have also paid in full and are still fighting to get their furniture. They are dishonest, unreliable and they have taken many peoples money. They company then changed their name from Bella La Lenga to La Lenga to try and get away from negative reviews. They have ripped countless people off!

Awesome service,very happy with the end result it's even more stunning when it's infront of you than on the picture. The wood work is unique and very different amazing quality and not badly priced at all for what you actually get in person. A special thank you to the man behind the master piece Tiaan Gerber thank you so much for the excellent service and professionalism you've shown may your business grow from strength to strength and keep up the excellent service and products you provide.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered a bed through Hilandi and arranged to have it delivered to my daughter in Jan. Yesterday received a Whatsapp message (supposedly from the factory) to say that Hilandi no longer worked there due to defrauding the company. They begged to put things right. Tried calling the given number but no answer. Tried messaging and only after a few tries did I get a response to send my invoice which I did. Niw, back to square one....no response!! I am assuming I will never ser my deposit or the bed! I am going to lay charges forthwith and I encourage anyone thinking about using these scammers to NOT do so! SCAM SCAM SCAM

I placed an order and paid the deposit for outdoor to be delivered before Christmas. I incurred additional expenditure for cushions required for my outdoor couches, which I still do not have. Bella La Legna is very unprofessional, they do not communicate with you and I am unable to contact them. I have sent them countless emails but get no response. Can't call them either nor send a text. They have blocked comments on their Facebook page as well. I am having guests over again for New Year but I am assuming once again, I will have no outdoor seating. All I need is a response, but nothing.. Unless these people address their customer service, I will not recommend that anyone even consider doing business with them.

Worst customer service, non existent communication ,can't get hold of them via e-mail or the 4 cellphone numbers I was able to find .I ordered a headboard from them took a screen shot from their website of the headboard I want. Paid for the headboard 8 Nov and sent the POP via e-mail . 17 Nov the senior director contacts me if I am still going ahead with my order I was like I already paid for it so how can you ask me that . Then I asked them several times for the cost to deliver it in Strand . The 24st of Nov my order was ready so to speak and I was given the delivery cost at last .By the 1st of Dec I had to follow up again what is happening with my delivery . The 2nd of Dec I was asked to pick up the delivery myself ( this after I arranged for them to deliver ).Rented a Trailor for the Saturday drove from Strand to Killarney Gardens got there way to early the morning for the person that was suppose to meet me there . Got hold of someone eventually and was told the person can't come out anymore and they left the garage door unlocked at the Storage facility in Killarney gardens with my Queen size headboard in there . I was lost for words, somebody could have just open the garage and stole the headboard . I opened the garage door /storage unit saw a headboard sent a foto to the sales person and the screenshot again of what I ordered and what is standing in front of me . The head board in the unit looked like a cheap knockoff of what I ordered .I totally lost it for I wasted money on petrol , a Trailor and my Saturday morning . This after waiting almost a month for something I could have built in a few hours myself and I am no handy man . Then I was told they put the wrong order through and I can't get my money back for they already spent money on wood for my order. They want to fix the order and will deliver it free of charge . Then 2 weeks later still no word on my order . The 16th of Dec I demanded to get my money back and was told it will happen on 20th of Dec . Since then I have been trying to get hold of them via e-mail ,phoning 4 numbers ,via Whatsap , Facebook messenger and nobody answers or come back to me . They have time to post new Fotos on their Facebook page during that time can't answer a phone . All I want is my money back and never to work with them again !!!!! Customer service makes or breaks a small company and this is no way to treat customers .

So super upset about the benches I bought from here!!! Hilandi their sale person off market place was lovely, but it took forever to get delivery and once delivered, the one bench broke within a week! I contacted the owner , Tayla and explained the situation and she acknowledge she had a faulty wood supplier and committed to replacing them. After numerous follow up emails to her to find out when she would be replacing them, I am yet to have a response! Such SHOCKINg customer service!! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
