If I could give this company a -5-star rating believe me, I would. I made it very clear that I never want them to set foot on our property again. We have had the most ********** experience with a team that feel like they have been collected off the side of the road, with very little to no experience. The owner (while I give her respect for not being rude back to me when I blasted her on the phone) seems to have a no care attitude about the items I was livid about (we have receipts to prove every item we had a problem with) Yes, they offered us a discount at the end, but I was also told how they would then make no money off us due to the discount, which, if they did their job properly would NOT have been an issue. The amount discounted hardly covers the damages to our home where our indoor pool is, that they worked on. Please save yourself the hassle of working with a team that does not respect your home.
Please DO NOT under any circumstance use this company. We had to pay them in full for a job at our home, only to find out they used the money we paid them to finish another job for another client. They then claim they didn’t have money to buy the parts for our job ****il the got paid for the next job). SIX weeks have gone by and we are STILL struggling to get them to complete the installation of our inverter. They ignore us, make false promises or just don’t bother to get back to us. We are now taking legal action against them.
This company is totally dishonest. I ordered a bed from them in November, on the condition that it is guaranteed it will be delivered in Dec. They promised and I made payment in full. Since then, I have been ignored, then sent messages that they promise to deliver and then NO ONE pitches. They were meant to deliver on Friday, at 5pm even confirmed with me that they were on their way, only to to NEVER arrive. This has been the feedback Iv gotten from countless other people who have also paid in full and are still fighting to get their furniture. They are dishonest, unreliable and they have taken many peoples money. They company then changed their name from Bella La Lenga to La Lenga to try and get away from negative reviews. They have ripped countless people off!
On the 18th of May I paid a credit card off in full, closed the card and cancelled the debit order. Confirmed with the Standard Bank agent that NOTHING further will be deducted from my account. On the 1st of June my account was debited with nearly R3000 for the credit card that was paid IN FULL, CLOSED and whereby I asked to cancel the debit order. Upon phoning the bank, they agree that they made a mistake and that the money will be refunded in 8 to 10 working days. I said I do not accept this as it is COVID times, money is tight and it was NOT my fault that their employee did not close out the credit card as discussed. They then escalated the matter and promised me my money would be refunded the very next day. THREE days later, no money. I phone again, after waiting to get through 11min each call, the lady tells me the money was transferred back to my account Wednesday. IT IS NOW MONDAY and still no money. I want to escalate this as I am highly highly dissatisfied. Will I get refunded for the R200 air time to call every time too? You try to do the right thing, pay off debt, close and account like an responsible person and then the bank can’t do their part?? Blows my mind. R3000 might not be a lot to some people, but to others it’s the difference between eating or not.
Please DO NOT buy from this online store. They are quick to reply within 30 seconds UNTIL you pay for your item, then you don't hear a word from them. My "sent" package was couriered to me (according to them) and meant to arrive latest Thursday last week (I paid the week before already). I have emailed, phoned, messaged, and they just don't bother to get back to me. Still no package, still no word from them and they do not reply to my countless attempts to get hold of them.
