Revert electronics is a **** business
WARNING !!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS!! We had an inverter battery that they were supposed to fix, they agreed to looking at it and providing feedback on how it can be fixed. They were not able to fix it and they were supposed to refund us the repair cost , that they required to be paid immediately. Every time we have asked for the refund - there has been something wrong, or someone in hospital, the excuses just continue. We dropped of the inverter battery end of May , it is the 17th JULY 2024!!!!!!!!! Please do not use this company, THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!!!!!!

WARNING !!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS!! We had an inverter battery that they were supposed to fix, they agreed to looking at it and providing feedback on how it can be fixed. Revert Electronics- No payment of refund!
We sent our inverter for repairs to Revert Electronics, they attempted the repairs and could not fix the inverter after several failed attempts and purchases of parts. They promised us a refund and they could not repair the machine. Refund was promised on 31st May 2024. Its been two months. We have not received our refund and they are simply ignoring us. Stay away from this company! We should have read the previous reviews....all bad!

Total sham and Con artists. Rory collected an inverter from my house 6 weeks ago and when you manage to get hold of him or Nina there are always excuses. They operate from thier flat in a local government Communicare flat in Milnerton. I am laying a charge at the Milnerton SAPS in the morning.

Worst Craftsmanship
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! I dropped my Synapse 3kw inverter off 9 January 2023 and had to pay R450 for a review of the machine,after I told them the only problem was it was deflating the batteries. Then I had to pay another R1000 for parts. Needless to say,after 4months and still no inverter I arranged with Rory that he must just assemble the inverter and I went to go fetch it. The inverter was missing cables,the base plate to cover the ports and a hole lot more!!!! Only thing I can do is to s**** this inverter!!! Never is a long time but NEVER EVER will I do business with these clowns again.

Scam.. Stay away please
Dropped Inverter off first week of January 2023. Have pretty much accepted the fact that I'll never get it back. Excuse after excuse, terrible excuses that make no sense. Zero communication skills. Will be lodging a case at SAPS. Just don't have the physical unit number they are staying in, but details herewith: 063-528-5368 & 066-267-0212. Ascot Square Communicare, Cnr Lobelia & Oleander Street.

Unprofessional Unreliable
Will NOT Recommend My initial interaction with Rory was very professional and open so I decided to use them again. On the 10 February 2023 I had dropped off 2 units, 1 was their replacement as they had dropped and damaged my ups, and their replacement unit was not operating optimally. They have not been very professional at all after monies have been paid to them, I have to send WhatsApp msgs and call numerous times to get feedback and up til today I have not been able to collect any of the UPSs. If there isnt a response to this review now, it appears that the next logical step is to lodge theft case at SAPS, this has just become ridiculous now. I was referred to them by one of their suppliers (whom I will contact now and relay this experience) and i only wish I had read the online reviews before doing business with them.
