I'll never recommend.. No communication, no feedback about order. Emails sent and sent and sent. Eventually getting a reply when I asked if the company is a **** and CC'd the parent company in. info@xvanta.com.. Ten days later to get a reply about a refund. Eventually got a mail from pay fast to say refund in process.
Dropped Inverter off first week of January 2023. Have pretty much accepted the fact that I'll never get it back. Excuse after excuse, terrible excuses that make no sense. Zero communication skills. Will be lodging a case at SAPS. Just don't have the physical unit number they are staying in, but details herewith: 063-528-5368 & 066-267-0212. Excellent Service from the start when it came to putting in a claim for a vehicle accident. However, when it comes to the legal department at Santam I get flat out ignored. I have had absolutely no feedback from "Puseletso Stefane" time and time again. All I want is some feedback regarding Santam claiming the excess back from the courier company's Insurer that reversed into my vehicle. I have provided by email on many occasions all the necessary paperwork and correspondence via the Courier's Insurer. My first request was on the 2018-06-07, since then I have not had an adequate answer. If I cannot get any assistance, I will move to another insurer.
Absolutely no feedback whatever so ever for months!! You can try as much as you want to contact them telephonically but can never get through to an agent. I am trying to cancel an old number that I am still been billed for. I have emailed my cancellation form and copy ID to Retention's ********** multiple multiple times since January but I get no response. If I visit a branch they say they can't help me.

Since submitting a complaint last week and having someone phone me, I have had no feedback since then.<br> This was last week Thursday. I am still waiting to hear what the hell is going on with my phone that I booked in for repair the end of Jan. Please can someone let me know what is what! REF: SM99064
I returned my faulty Xperia Z2 in at the Lakeside Mall Branch for repair before the end of January. It is disappointing that I have to continue follow up as no one bothers to contact me about the status of the repair. I still do not have my phone to this day. At first I followed up with the branch and was kept been told the same thing, 'Sony will contact you'. Heard nothing as usual. I then visited the Branch and they could not assist me as they required my phones barcode or IMEI number. I then returned the following weekend with all the required details and they still could not assist as their computer to check repairs was not functioning. I was then advised to dial 180 and speak to an agent. After spending twenty minutes on the line with an agent, I was told I would need to pay R4000+ to have my phone repaired. My phone is under warranty?! It is only a few months old. After submitting a complaint on the Telekom website someone contacted me and said my phone would be with me the following week and the branch would contact me. Nothing!! As usual. Phoned again, this time it's a handling fee I will need to pay as my phone has been deemed out of warranty, I will not pay a cent!
