Total sham and Con artists. Rory collected an inverter from my house 6 weeks ago and when you manage to get hold of him or Nina there are always excuses. They operate from thier flat in a local government Communicare flat in Milnerton. I am laying a charge at the Milnerton SAPS in the morning.
A pathetic service provider who conveniently do not have 24/7 support team.
Fibre been down for 4 days. No one knows what they are doing. All I get are excuses and buck passing. Dismal for a multi million rand organisation
Pathetic service relating to the cash purchase of a second hand vehicle. Purchased and paid for a second hand 2019 Nissan Hardbody from Hyundai Bellville for R219900. Money paid and waited an entire week for the vehicle to be registered on our companies name. Went to collect the vehicle and it was released to me with a temporary permit with several excuses blaming a runner for non registration. Our MD called the dealership and spoke to the Used Vehicle Sales Manager who duly put the phone down in his ear. Contact was then made with the Dealer Principal who showed no interest in assisting with this matter. After threats of contacting Hyundai SA the registration and licensing and number plates were then arranged on the following Saturday morning that I had to go and collect. The vehicle had supposedly undergone a 152 point H check which also turned out to be false as after taking delivery of said vehicle I discovered that the tail lights were not working. I took the vehicle to an Auto Electrician who discovered a dead short behind the dashboard. The power steering is also faulty and would have been picked up during thier check list but also should have been picked up when the vehicle underwent the roadworthy inspection. Not good service in any way
Once again trying to cancel and Telkom are continuing to charge
What a terrible service provider. You cannot supply what you promise when signing up customers. Your service is pathetic but your prompt billing and over charging is top class. Its no wonder that so many people are moving away to other suppliers.
<p>In a nutshell, my R14500 Samsung S7 edge has been in the Telkom repair centre for 38 days today.</p> <p>It is also the 3rd time it has gone in for repairs since I got it 7 months ago.</p> <p>All Telkom tell me is that its being attended to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom have also said that a Samsung requirement is that a phone be booked in 3 times before they would consider replacing it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everytime I have got the phone the problem has been worse than when it went in.</p>
