Worst Craftsmanship

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! I dropped my Synapse 3kw inverter off 9 January 2023 and had to pay R450 for a review of the machine,after I told them the only problem was it was deflating the batteries. Then I had to pay another R1000 for parts. Needless to say,after 4months and still no inverter I arranged with Rory that he must just assemble the inverter and I went to go fetch it. The inverter was missing cables,the base plate to cover the ports and a hole lot more!!!! Only thing I can do is to s**** this inverter!!! Never is a long time but NEVER EVER will I do business with these clowns again.
