this is definitely a scam - disgusted

i bought online product special advertised for under R500 when i made payment additional amounts was deducted for over R2000 when i queried this i was left totally in the dark the goods was paid for in April 2017 and the goods has still not arrived at the post office after many emails requesting a tracking number to be sent seeing that they apparently re sending the goods , the number given is not even recognised by our post office i am frustrated about the lies and run around and was bluntly inform that they cannot refund my money . How can this company be aloud to operate with such impunity ,its a real shame
