So I see this ad on News24 for this hair growth tablets, recommend by one of their team who tried it and raved about his hair growth success. It stated that the product is in high demand and to click on a link to order asap, which I was stupid enough to believe and On September 17th, 2018, I ordered 3 bottles of Folliclerx. An amount of R1800 and some odd rands were deducted from my account shortly thereafter and gave my shipping address in Cape Town, South Africa. I've didn't receive any confirmation of the order, or a tracking number via the email I provided so after making an enquiry via email, I eventually got this automated response on October 2nd:- Thank you for your email. Our records indicate that you have ordered : FollicleRX - 3 Bottle 1897.50 The order confirmation you received is the only form of an invoice we have in addition to the product information found above. Shipping to your country takes 3 - 4 weeks.
The price indicated on the website is the price for each bottle, and not the price of the entire package.
This last sentence is complete bs, as the link I clicked upon clearly states that's the price for 3 bottles.
I wasn't going to argue at this point and replied as follows:- Thank you for the response, but you've not provided me with a tracking number, or an order number, this is unacceptable and suspicious. I already regret ordering from you. Send order number and tracking number or I will report you. To which they replied with:- Dear Customer, Thank you for your email. You should have received a shipping number and website shortly after the purchase of your product. This is not a tracking number. Please click here: http://wpdstrack.com/ Shipment number: ASL ********** 9ZA ********** The parcel service used in the delivery is not able to track international shipments to their final destination due to the local postal authority. The information given should only be used to confirm your order has been processed and is en route to its final destination. Once your shipment departs the US , no further changes will be made. We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience. Kind Regards, BellaVeì Support So I click on the tracking site and slot in the number, and it says the order arrived in the country of destination on September 29th, and further that item has been transferred to the local post and that no further updates will be given. That's it. No local postal order tracking number, no further information as to how to get your parcel, and only meaningless automated responses via email. Needless to say, no product or refund received , despite numerous email requests. One of their automated responses read as follows Dear Customer, Greetings, Thank you for contacting customer support. We are unable to process your request through email. Please visit our website http://www.bellavei.com/ , all our support teams contacts and Online Chat are available. Kind Regards, BellaVei Support Team They repeat the same BS on their website as per their initial email replies and give a different e mail address and telephone number for a number of different countries. South Africa isn't anywhere on the list and there's no chat line available. On their own admission they are unable to process my request via email, the reason beyond me. Their website sells a number of other products besides the Folliclerx tablets, and it's disturbing to realize that this company is in actually not selling anything, but are nothing but common criminals who mislead innocent members of the public and rob them in broad daylight. My only hope is that someone will read this review before paying over their hard earned cash to this crimal internet syndicate who steal money from people all over the world.
