To Whom it May concern
How utterly disappointed I am with this company
I have been with this company for around 25 years, in this time my email address has never changed.
Every month I pay an amount of about R100 on levies (the fees years back were around R80 p/m), an amount that I paid and more every month.
Now this company, Bellbuoy, claims they didn't have my details, although I’m located overseas, my email address has never changed since I bought my first property there in 2003.
This company now wants to give me over, lock me up, and warn me that they are charging me 20% interest daily. Surely this cant be allowed and is daylight *******. Taking advantage of me, a poor client and a poor consumer. All the sudden Bellbuoy claims, my garage (which is the same size as all the other garages), has miraculously grown in size! What is this? This magical increase in size is not shown on my title deed. How can a company be allowed to do this? Bellbuoy has proven years of *****ing of their poor customer base.
I demand Bellbuoy to write this amount off with immediate effect, and you are responsible to correspond the correct information to me, the client.
