Bellview institute and skills academy

I have been waiting for my results for N5 and N6 they don't send me the results instead they send me the assignments results what am I gonna do with the assignments results, cause I can't apply with it, bellview I paid soo much for them to do this to me, am disappointed honestly I should have got my results by now all my exam results from N5 and N6 but instead they just waisting my time more cause I want to use those results, Skills Academy and bellview institute they disappoint me seriously.
