Incorrect information provided

When I equiried about what I want to do , I was informed that I will be able to do it . So then I registered afterwards I had to go apply for May / June examination at the Department of Education only to be told that the information provided by the school was incorrect, I would have to register at another institution. I then approached the school asking for a refund since January till now I have been turned in circles by this institution.

Its better to look for a face to face or a different online institution if you value your education.
