i would give the minus zero. Arno Liebenberg Junior Portfolio manager is arrogant, rude and abnoxious at the best of times. They lack business, accounting and general admin skills. The accounting team consistently makes mistakes and just expect you to accept and live with it. they manage a block of flats and whats good for one tenant does not apply to the other, one can have one parking as per purchase agreement and the second have four parking of which two are garages without charge. You call Belmont after they send you a notice that you are in arrears but then they can not justify it. Once you get a book-keeper and Lawyer involved, the arrears that came from nowhere suddenly disappear. this happens at least twice a year. When you call to discuss they can not take a call, will come back to you or just ignore you, alternative they start shouting and get offensive.
