Sometime you get so annoyed with these Managing Agents, but I can truly say Kelly Mills at Belmont always goes beyond and above to assist. Always respond within minutes with a way forward with whatever issue you have. Respons to emails are within a few minutes and she always reply with a way forward regarding the issues there is.

Sometime you get so annoyed with these Managing Agents, but I can truly say Kelly Mills at Belmont always goes beyond and above to assist. Always respond within minutes with a way forward with whatever issue you have. Respons to emails are within a few minutes and she always reply with a way forward regarding the issues there is.

They are bad and do not get back to you block calls ignores mails misses sgms delays agms and charge for them over and above their monthly fee

Our experience with Belmont Property Group has been extremely frustrating. The Estate Manager is impossible to reach — calls go unanswered and emails are ignored. It took ages and multiple follow-ups just to get our new tenants access to the complex system, and we’re still waiting for an extra gate remote that was requested back in July. Despite sending six follow-up emails, there has been no response at all. If this is the level of service for something as simple as a remote, I can only imagine how long it would take to resolve an insurance or maintenance issue. Communication and efficiency are key in property management — unfortunately, Belmont Property Group has shown neither. Very disappointing experience.

I wouldn’t recommend Belmount Property Management Cape Town branch. I’m owed over R4 000 refund and was told to email the necessary verification documents to Tarryn. Which I did. One (1) month later, constantly following up with the team, seeking answers as to why I still haven’t received my refund, they still haven’t processed my refund. Even worse, they don’t even bother to be transparent and honest as to what is causing the delay. When I call, they ignore my calls. At most I’m told they will call me back. No feedback. Same with emails. Use the Cape Town branch at your own risk.

these Agents refuse to give you any Power details of how they charge electrical will not give you a copy invoice from City power and dont return calls Arno being the worst BEWARE if appointing them or renting with them when noone want to give information usually something funny going on

i would give the minus zero. Arno Liebenberg Junior Portfolio manager is arrogant, rude and abnoxious at the best of times. They lack business, accounting and general admin skills. The accounting team consistently makes mistakes and just expect you to accept and live with it. they manage a block of flats and whats good for one tenant does not apply to the other, one can have one parking as per purchase agreement and the second have four parking of which two are garages without charge. You call Belmont after they send you a notice that you are in arrears but then they can not justify it. Once you get a book-keeper and Lawyer involved, the arrears that came from nowhere suddenly disappear. this happens at least twice a year. When you call to discuss they can not take a call, will come back to you or just ignore you, alternative they start shouting and get offensive. BELMONT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT JHB - by far the worst and most unprofessional, unskilled and abnoxious bunch i have ever met

We have had so many different managing agents at our complex. Kelly and Faye from Belmont has helps the Owners with upgrading and other enhancements. Its so great to see the complex looking healthy again, it has taken lots of careful planning and attention. Kelly has assisted better than I would ever do helping solving all the listed and various maintenance issues, with giving me punctual and informative feedback. Thank you for the great service!
