They are bad and do not get back to you block calls ignores mails misses sgms delays agms and charge for them over and above their monthly fee
Great service until you run into a problem and need support from Payflex Nicole and Chris from their support refuse to call or answer emails and their number dose not work all I want is to explain something about a missed payment and by the time I got a response 2 further payments have been missed because I can’t get to talk to someone
they call me and say booking was wrong when booking was booked yesterday and could not assist by simply swapping addresses around and actually couldn't care less to help. needed the package now due to booking people to come out which has now costed me a further 650 on a callout to install the item that was supposed to be delivered now will need to pay another R90 and R650 callout for the contractor. and my last order i placed to be delivered from a supplier they delivered a half package because the other driver took it by mistake and also fell on a friday and they said we will get it to you by monday where it was for a clients installation that i almost lost due to the courier guy.
Axxess are ***** be aware they are selling burstable lines not full speed packages for eg i have a 250mbps line with metro they are giving a 30Mbps line with a burst of 250mbps so as soon as the line maxing at 30 for longer that 25 - 45 second it drops from 280 to 30 and will stay there until the line returns to 25 mpbs or lower for more that 25 to 45 seconds speed will return to 280Mbps they are doing this to make more profits eg Metro line Cost 250Mbps - R500 Axess bandwidth cost R8 Per mbps x 250mbps 1:10 R2000 ÷ 10 = R200 Profit on the package R190 but if they can now give you 30mbps when you pay for 250Mbps their profits go to. Metro line Cost 250Mbps - R500 Axess bandwidth cost R8 Per mbps x 30 mbps 1:10 R240 ÷ 10 = R24 Profit now is R366 and technically they cant get reported to ispa or icasa due to they are giving more that 25 mbps on a broadband service which is "acceptable" please i ask everyone to copy this and send it to icasa and ispa to put a stop to these *******.
Nissan has now had my np 200 for almost 4 weeks now and it took 2.5 weeks to get a report and another week and a half for warranty claim whilst I’ve spent almost R12000 of Ubers as I don’t close my business at all during the year as I RUN A ISP which has not cost me a further R 4000 a month worth of cancellations due to not having my bakkie and Nissan please note you have not offered a cutesy car on warranty or from the branch I will be claiming damages to business as the bakkie is not even a year old and for a gearbox baring to collapse in 1 year what will it do in 6 bad service bad car bad support One thing I must thank you for is that I was going to buy 2 more vehicles now in Jan 2024 and at least I don’t have to buy a 1 year cars I will be going for the Suzukis thank you for that
