I wouldn’t recommend Belmount Property Management Cape Town branch. I’m owed over R4 000 refund and was told to email the necessary verification documents to Tarryn. Which I did. One (1) month later, constantly following up with the team, seeking answers as to why I still haven’t received my refund, they still haven’t processed my refund. Even worse, they don’t even bother to be transparent and honest as to what is causing the delay. When I call, they ignore my calls. At most I’m told they will call me back. No feedback. Same with emails. Use the Cape Town branch at your own risk.
