I booked my car in for 105 000 km service, my wife took my car in at this ford in Randfontein, they first said they could not see whether or not my car is under service plan, they called me and i told them my car is under motor rite service plan, they persisted to claim my car does not have a service plan, my wife was getting so frustrated with that she paid for the service cash, we then asked moto rite to re-fund us they paid the money to the ford in Randfontein. Its been a month and some weeks now, i have been calling countless times and sending emails to ask them to pay back my money, its either the person handling the case hasn't been to work in weeks or we will find out what's the hold up, they not responding to emails which leads me to think they are showing me the middle finger. I am very disappointed if this is how ford treats their customers, it was my first time at this dealership and its safe to say my last i wouldn't advice my friends and family to use them. No care for customers at all, and they refuse to pay back my money while motor rite has re-funded them that's ***** tendencies in my opinion.
