I would like to compliment head of sales at GWM Randfontein , Raeno Scholtz is one of the best and honest Sales people that I have ever dealt with he is up to point with everything he is a real people person I would recommend him any time and any day for a good and honest deal. He is a big asset to Ben Morgenrood Motors .

I’ve never received such bad service ever, I went to Haval Randfontein on the 10th of February 2025 my car was shaking a bit when I stop at the robots, they then took it for testing and told me there’s a problem with injectors, they cleaned them and charged me R1500 which I paid, when I got the car back after a week it was even worse than when I took it there, so I called them and they said I should bring it back. They told me they will strip and quote me and if I do not agree I will have to pay R4500 and take my car two weeks passed so I called for update and they tell me they are not done so yesterday I went there personally to tell them to put the car back together as it was and now they are telling me that they can’t do that the quote amounts to a R112000.00 and they cannot put the car back together cause some things were broken in the process of stripping. I just want them to give me my car back in the same manner that I took it there.

Bought a Ford Ecosport at a Ben Morganrood Ford dealership in Randfontein. Bought in March of 2024 with 91 000 kilometers. Drove the car for almost a year and then I had a spanner icon appear on the dashboard whilst driving written refer back to manual. I referred back to the manual, which said service soon I bought my service kit and took the car to my mechanic. He then told me he cannot work on the car as it seems there are bigger problems then service and advised that I should take the car back to the dealership of which I did. My husband went and book the car in to Ford on Monday the 10th of February, they then diagnosed the car on Wednesday 12th of February of which I was told that the problem is with the sensors, catalytic converters and the turbo. Okay I asked when are they going to start fixing my car and can I get a courtesy car in the meantime whilst my car is being attended to, cause I work in a remote area where there is no transportation and I have to be at work at 5am. I was advised that the dealership only has three courtesy cars that were all with customers. I went to Ford on Wednesday, of which when I got to the reception my case was referred to the manager immediately. The manager explained that they could not find the 90 000 kilometers service step on the service book and would contact the previous owner for the information and that they would get back to me the following day I called in on Thursday was told that they would get back to me of which they didn't. Contacted them again on Friday of which they told me they would contact me again and they again did not. I am being told that the total cost to fix my car is over R62 000 and the warranty only cover upto R25 000. I then decided to trade the car in with another sales person there and buy another car they then told me they cannot accept the car in that situation. I don't have a car of which I need for a week and Ben Morganrood Ford is dragging this case. I am the one who has to do follow us on them. For a car that I bought from a Ford approved dealership. I now want no business with Ford they must just take their car back.

I booked my car in for 105 000 km service, my wife took my car in at this ford in Randfontein, they first said they could not see whether or not my car is under service plan, they called me and i told them my car is under motor rite service plan, they persisted to claim my car does not have a service plan, my wife was getting so frustrated with that she paid for the service cash, we then asked moto rite to re-fund us they paid the money to the ford in Randfontein. Its been a month and some weeks now, i have been calling countless times and sending emails to ask them to pay back my money, its either the person handling the case hasn't been to work in weeks or we will find out what's the hold up, they not responding to emails which leads me to think they are showing me the middle finger. I am very disappointed if this is how ford treats their customers, it was my first time at this dealership and its safe to say my last i wouldn't advice my friends and family to use them. No care for customers at all, and they refuse to pay back my money while motor rite has re-funded them that's ***** tendencies in my opinion.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to make a mistake by sending their car for repairs in this place, on the 29 of July 2024, my car had a tank petrol pump issue, so i took it in to this dealership for repairs and replacementof the pump, they promised that the car will be finished as soon as the payment went through, after they got the payment from my insurer i recieve the longest 2 weeks silent treatment till i decided to call and do follow up, but they claimed their technicians are on leave (which didn't make sense), so to cut the story short, to this day the 20th of August 2024 my car is this with the dealership, I've been calling to see if there is any progress but now the managers are being rude to me tell me that the car will only be started to be worked on from 29th of August because they don't have the petrol pump (from the 29th of July), Jenny and maryn both managers at some stage told me that I'm lacking patient "so why don't I order a pump myself", I could see that there is Race classification also just because I'm black I must be treated badly. so I am advising everyone reading this don't make the same mistake I did, Ben morgenrood Ford Randfontein is a ****

this is not the first time nor the second time and i wont even start on the previous vehicles or the other issue that after 2 years still not sorted. my Ford Ranger has been in for nearly 3 times already due to the same issue - aircon will go on by itself and when the vehicle was taken in to be sorted .... well it will be the 3rd or 4th time it will go in to be 'Sorted' or 'fixed' there are a few great people working at Ford but the service is terrible, Ford Randfontein will never see me ever buy a vehicle from them again as this was the 4th or 5th and the very LAST!!!!
