I would like to bring it under Ford South Africa attention how the clients are being treated in public we bought a ford ranger at East Vaal Ford , I had an issues with the driver cluster screen cracked and East Vaal motors told me it is cosmetics and I have to pay R24,300 for the part and it is not covered by the Ford Warranty . Worst service ever from Jayson Halgryn I then went to CMH Kempster Ford Randburg and they order the part under warranty with in a day and replaced it Deon had no issues to help a client how can Ford dealers be so different when it comes to client service I will never ever deal with East Vaal motors again I will however take all my business to Ford Rand burg And the part at CMH Kempster Ford Randburg was R2,153 not R24300,00 This is just the worst service from a Ford Dealer ever ( East Vaal Motors )
I would like to compliment head of sales at GWM Randfontein , Raeno Scholtz is one of the best and honest Sales people that I have ever dealt with he is up to point with everything he is a real people person I would recommend him any time and any day for a good and honest deal. He is a big asset to Ben Morgenrood Motors .

Again the worst service ever 3 years ago the same thing i want to upgrade but it looks like Vodacom is not interested in my Business , spoke to a Vodacom call centre they cannot even get my address right , and the questions that they ask is the worst if this is how you treat your clients then that is bad Business.

I ordered fibre at my new place the fibre is active since the 2-4-2024 to day is the 4th i don't have a router but Web Africa send me a mail that they want me up and running ASAP ,since the 3rd of this month i have been trying to talk to them on Whats app spoke to on lady she said she will get back to I'm still waiting two days with no joy nothing from the courier and Web Africa is missing in action and nobody gets back to you at all very very poor service .
Most helpful dealer ever i was on holiday and had issues with my Kia and this dealership helped with out blinking an eyelid , if i ever had to make a deal with a dealership i would drive down to Kia Ballito to do a deal . And i live in Johannesburg that says a lot about Kia Ballito . Thank you Mervin for all you amazing attention to detail your customer services is the best .
Very very very bad bad service for three days i have been getting message that my parcel will be delivered today nothing i am waiting like a fool
Very very poor service . i applied for an upgrade they charged me for the service but i don't have the service and the support from them is terrible the one say this and then the next say something different , then they cannot answer you on big issues like hardware issues i have been battling for over a year with my router and they don't follow up with their clients
I would like to say a big thank you to Andries . All his patience and help and understanding and calm assistance regarding my issues , I will never buy anywhere esle from now on it is only Evetech . Their service is amazing and they always their to help and assist .
